Alida StanleyChief Executive Alida was appointed as Viscopy’s Chief Executive in February 2011 having held the position of Viscopy’s Interim Chief Executive since February 2010. Alida has been a director of Viscopy since 2006. She has worked in intellectual property, information technology, competition and regulatory law in Australia and the United States since 1998. Prior to her executive appointment at Viscopy, Alida worked as the Senior Solicitor at the Arts Law Centre of Australia representing artists and arts organisations and as a Solicitor in the Office of General Counsel at The University of Sydney.

Virginia MorrisonHead of Legal & International Virginia is a member of the senior management team with specific responsibility for providing legal and strategic advice in relation to Viscopy’s corporate and regulatory affairs. She is responsible for drafting licensing agreements, enforcement activities, policy development and Viscopy’s international activities. She is also Viscopy’s Company Secretary and Complaints Officer. Prior to joining the team at Viscopy, Virginia worked as an independent copyright consultant and before that she was a lawyer at the Australian Copyright Council. |

Georgette MackayHead of Licensing & Membership
Georgette is a member of the senior management team with responsibility for improving Viscopy’s service offering to copyright licensing customers and expand licensing opportunities for visual artists. Prior to joining Viscopy Georgette worked for many years within a large global publishing house and brings to Viscopy a great understanding of copyright licensing combined with valuable commercial skills. |

Belinda LaytonLicensing Representative Joining Viscopy in 2009, Belinda brings with her the experience of working as an arts administrator in public galleries and non profit organisations in London, Melbourne and Sydney. Belinda manages relationships with Viscopy’s licensing customers and can assist with advice, quotes and copyright clearance. She can also provide information on which artists Viscopy represents and what licence would best suit your needs. |

Michelina BlascoHead of Finance & Administration
Michelina is a member of the senior management team with specific responsibility for the financial management of Viscopy including all royalty payments to artists, beneficiaries and international organisations. She is responsible for controlling the organisation’s overall budget and resources, managing Viscopy’s facilities, support services including data quality and control.
Michelina has extensive experience in financial management and business analytics gained throughout her career as a Business Analyst & Management Accountant. |

Donna CarstensIndigenous Program Co-ordinator Donna is a descendant of the Mununjali people from Beaudesert in Queensland. She has strong links to Stradbroke Island - Nunuckles, where her Great Grandmother was born and raised on Myora Mission. She is an accomplished physical theatre/circus performer and has over 12 years experience working in the community arts sector. Donna has worked extensively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and brings to Viscopy expertise in performance and education. |
